About Me- Kuri Tsz Ying Wong
My work comes from my own healing journey.
I’m Kuri, originally from Hong Kong.
I left home when I was 22, just after finishing my university degree. In many Asian cultures, taking time to travel after spending so much on education isn’t always understood.
But deep down, I knew there was something I had to explore.
I went to Germany on my first working holiday, and for the first time, I experienced a sense of freedom—meeting different people, seeing different perspectives, and discovering a bigger world beyond what I had always known.
After returning home, I left again for Japan. My family didn’t understand my choices. We argued many times. They told me I was selfish, that I didn’t love them enough.
That guilt stayed with me for years.
But deep down, I knew I had to follow my own path. I loved my family deeply, but I also knew I couldn’t grow if I stayed where I was.
In 2019, I arrived in Australia. The moment I arrived, something inside me whispered, “This is the place I wanted to stay.”
But life brought me to a place I never expected. In 2020, I struggled deeply with anxiety, depression, and self-criticism. There were moments when the pain felt impossible to carry.
With the support of beautiful friends, I slowly began turning inward. Meditation and spirituality became the beginning of my healing journey.
I met my shadows, my fears, and the parts of myself I had spent years avoiding. There were many tears along the way, but through that process, I started discovering who I truly am.
And somehow, that journey led me here, to be a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy practitioner.
Before this, I was a yoga teacher and massage therapist. I loved both, but what truly called me was creating a space where people feel safe, seen, and heard.
Because I know what it feels like to feel lost. I know what it feels like to be alone with your pain. And I know how meaningful it can be when someone simply sits beside you, without judgment, and holds a safe space.
Most healing is something we do ourselves.
But we don’t have to walk the journey alone.
I’m still walking my own healing path, and I probably always will be.
But I would love to walk alongside you, sharing what I’ve learned and supporting you as you reconnect with yourself.
Because when the body feels safe, it remembers its own capacity to heal.
My Philosophy - How I Work
Discovering and nurturing the treasures that already exists within us.
My approach comes from my own life experience and from discovering the treasures that already exists within us.
From facing my trauma, my shadow, and my ego.
From learning to acknowledge them instead of pushing them away.
From allowing myself to feel the emotions that I had been suppressing for so many years.
From watching my new self gently meet my old self.
From discovering how challenging it is to change the beliefs we have carried for so long.
Sometimes our logical mind knows everything, but our body doesn’t.
We understand why we react the way we do, yet our body keeps repeating the same patterns.
In my work, I invite you to bring awareness to yourself while we work with the body at the same time.
So much of our attention goes to what isn’t working.
But there is already so much that is working within us.
There is already enough suffering.
Why do we keep looking only at what we are missing?
I choose to also look at what is already here.
Every person is different. We all have our own pace and our own capacity.
Some people move quickly. Some people need more time.
There is nothing wrong with either.
The body deserves to be respected, not rushed.
Because of my own journey, I know how important it is to feel deeply listened to and truly seen.
That is the space I am offering you.

My intention is to create a safe, gentle space where your nervous system can settle and your body can reconnect with its natural capacity to heal.
Let’s walk together…
