Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

“Within each of us lies an innate blueprint for health.”

— W.G. Sutherland

True healing is not just about fixing what feels broken. It is about reconnecting with our life force, weaving together a new sense of wholeness that keeps us grounded, present, and connected to the unfolding journey of our lives.

Throughout life and sometimes across generations experiences can leave imprints within us. These imprints may be felt physically, mentally, emotionally, or energetically, shaping how we move through the world and how we relate to ourselves.

Healing is not only about what has hurt us, but about renewal. It is the gentle process of letting go of what no longer serves us, and allowing new energy, clarity, and purpose to emerge. As we release what has been held, we create space for strength, vitality, and hope to return.

What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy?

It is a gentle, hands-on, non-invasive, health-oriented therapy that supports the nervous system, helping the body release tension and return to a natural state of balance and ease.

It works with the body’s natural rhythms, including the cerebrospinal fluid, connective tissues (fascia), and the subtle movement of the tissues and bones. Using light, gentle touch, we listen to these rhythms rather than trying to manipulate or fix the body. This supports the nervous system in settling and allows the body to access its own natural capacity for self-regulation and healing.

Sometimes our mind knows the past is gone, but our body doesn’t know it yet. So we keep repeating the same patterns, like the past is happening all over again. We might know we’re safe now, but our body is still holding on to what happened before.

We work with both the body and the mind. As the body begins to feel safe, shifts from a state of flight-fight, freeze or protection into a calmer, more regulated state, it often begins to release tension naturally.

We believe that when the body experiences stillness and safety, it can access its own innate capacity to heal and return toward balance.

Little by little, we come back to ourselves. A place where the body, mind, and spirit can feel whole again.

My practice specialises in supporting people who are experiencing:

• Stress, overwhelm and fatigue

• Anxiety, depression, and chronic tension

• Burnout and emotional exhaustion

• Nervous system dysregulation

• The effects of trauma and prolonged stress

• Feeling disconnected from themselves or their bodies

• Difficulty expressing their emotions or feeling truly heard

• Feeling alone, unsupported, or carrying too much on their own

• A sensitive nervous system and a desire to rest, reconnect, and feel more at home within themselves

• Headache, migraine, neck or back discomfort

Your body is not something that needs to be fixed. It already has its own intelligence and capacity to adapt and heal.

In Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, we work together with you and your body. You don't need to know what to do or how to heal yourself. My role is to offer a calm, supportive presence and to listen through gentle touch, while paying attention to what your body is communicating.

Rather than trying to force change or fix something, we create a space where your nervous system and body can slow down, settle, and find their own way towards greater balance. Sometimes this may bring awareness to areas of tension, holding, stress, or patterns that your body has been carrying.

My approach is shaped not only by my training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy,

but also by my own life experience and a deep appreciation of human suffering.

I offer a gentle, compassion space where your body can slow down, be listened to, and move at its own pace. Rather than forcing change, I support your natural capacity for regulation, and healing.

A space to return home.
